2. Perfectionism 
3. Lack of Energy

SO HERE ARE 3 TIPS TO BEAT IT! 
1. Change your thinking. Affirm DO IT NOW 3 times every time you procrastinate. 
2. Tackle the biggest task you have been avoiding first. 
3. Prioritise with your highest priorities first and plan your day the day before!
